Now that I am a mother this recipe for mashed cauliflower is a staple in our home. My children they love it. They actually prefer it to potatoes!

minutesThis is the best mashed cauliflower recipe I have ever made. It is a perfect creamy side dish.
Ingredients
1 Large Head of Cauliflower
1 White Onion
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
4 Tablespoons Salted Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
Directions
Boil the Cauliflower and onion until it can easily be pulled apart with a fork.
Drain Cauliflower in a colander. Place cauliflower in a food processor with the cream, 3 tablespoons of butter, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Blend until creamy and smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and top with 1 tablespoon of butter. Garnish with thyme.
Serve and Enjoy!
