Coconut Macaroons

This is a recipe my mother has made for as many years as I can remember, so a really long time. I am going to be really honest. I am not a coconut lover, but I do love these!

To be extra honest…I have tried other folks coconut macaroons and well…Let just say I prefer this recipe.

This recipe is for sticky, creamy, gooie coconut macaroons. Literally TWO ingredients and ….ssssooo GOOD!

I really do enjoy a good cookie but sometimes you just need to mix it up a bit. This coconut macaroon will definitely stand out in a sea of ordinary bake goods. This recipe does require baking….but almost no measuring….wooohoo!

Best Coconut Macaroon Recipe. Very easy and delicious.

Ingredients

(1) can of Sweeten Condensed Milk or (1) 14oz can.
(1) 14 oz bag of unsweetened coconut

Directions

This Recipe should yield 1 dozen cookies.
In a large bowl mix together sweetened condensed milk and coconut.
(The mixture should not be runny or dry. You should be able to form cookies into loose balls).
Bake at 350 for 15 Mins. The tops will start to look a bit toasty.
