This is a super easy recipe for chicken thighs on the smoker.

This chicken is sssoooo juicy and savory! Chicken thighs are very inexpensive so they are a great option for serving a large crowd or a conservative budget.

Chicken on a Smoker

We do a lot of cooking on our smoker, but if you do not have a smoker this would work just as well in the oven.

I like to use the smoke because I can really load if full for a party or if I am cooking for the entire week. It gives the meet an anther element of flavor my family really enjoys.

This is the Best Chicken Thigh Recipe. Everyone loves this Recipe!

Ingredients

4 Large chicken breast
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Thyme

Directions

Rinse Chicken Thighs with water and pat dry.
In a large bowl add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and paprika and mix together.
Pat spice mixture on to the chicken thighs.
Put chicken on smoker at 275 degrees for approx. 90 mins. The internal temperature should be 175 degrees for cook through jucy meat.
